However, there are occasions where teams from other than the big-5 went far to the competition. Possibly limited cases that prove the rule. I don't disagree with that. However, it's not only that the marketing promotes teams from the big-5. It's also the way they train and get prepared for the games. The difference between, let's say, the Premier League and Greek league is chaotic in every aspect of the game.

I know that you're right and there are exceptions like the Cypriots last year getting to the final 16 and Porto winning it about ten years ago but I think these are exceptions. I'm just fucking sick of the same old teams at the end of competition and then getting even more money for the already rich clubs.
Gah, it just annoys the hell out of me.
